Build Real Skills That Matter in Online Business
We're running practical workshops starting September 2025 for people who want to understand how digital finance actually works. No fluff, no shortcuts—just honest guidance from folks who've been running online businesses since 2018.

How Our Program Actually Works
Look, we've structured this around three stages because that's what made sense when we mapped out how people learn financial management. Each phase builds on the last, but there's flexibility if you need to revisit certain topics.
Foundation Phase (Weeks 1-4)
You'll get comfortable with basic financial principles and how they apply to digital businesses. We cover cash flow tracking, understanding your numbers, and setting up systems that don't fall apart after two weeks.
Application Phase (Weeks 5-10)
This is where you'll work on your own business scenarios. We've got a mentor checking in weekly, and you'll collaborate with others facing similar challenges. Most people find this part surprisingly useful.
Integration Phase (Weeks 11-14)
Final stretch involves putting everything together into a coherent strategy. You'll present your financial plan, get feedback, and leave with something you can actually use. Some participants stay connected long after—it's not mandatory, just happens naturally.
What You'll Have Access To
We've built support structures based on what participants told us they needed. Some of this might seem basic, but it's what works.
Resource Library
Templates, spreadsheets, and guides that we've refined since 2019. Everything's downloadable, and you keep access after the program ends.
Weekly Group Sessions
Tuesday evenings via video call. We discuss real challenges people are facing, share what's working, and troubleshoot problems together. Usually runs about 90 minutes.
One-on-One Check-ins
Twice during the program, you'll meet with your assigned mentor for 45 minutes. It's scheduled around your availability and focuses on your specific situation.

Meet Your Program Advisors
Callum handles the financial planning side and has been working with Australian online businesses since 2017. Felix focuses on operational systems—he's particularly good at helping people organize their business processes without overcomplicating things.
Both are available during scheduled sessions and typically respond to questions within a day or two. They're practical people who prefer straightforward communication.
Questions People Usually Ask
We've organized these by when people typically ask them—before enrolling, during the program, and after completion.
Before You Start
What background do I need?
Honestly? Basic computer skills and willingness to learn. We've had participants ranging from complete beginners to people who've been running businesses for years. The material adjusts.
When does the next cohort begin?
We're planning sessions for September and November 2025. Each cohort is capped at 18 people, so we recommend reaching out by July if you're interested in the autumn session.
Is this entirely online?
Yes, all sessions are conducted via video conference. We're based in Griffith ACT, but participants join from across Australia. Recordings are available if you miss a live session.
During & After
How much time should I expect to spend?
Most participants dedicate 5-7 hours weekly—that includes the live session, self-study, and working on their own business materials. Some weeks require more, particularly during the application phase.
What happens if I fall behind?
Life happens. We've built catch-up support into the program. You can schedule additional mentor time, access recordings, and we've had people successfully complete even after missing several weeks.
Do you offer ongoing support after completion?
You'll retain access to the resource library and can join optional quarterly alumni sessions where we discuss industry changes and new challenges. No additional cost, but it's not required.
Why We Built This Program This Way
Australian Business Context
Everything's tailored for how online businesses actually operate in Australia—tax considerations, payment systems, compliance requirements. We're not adapting overseas material.
Small Cohort Approach
We limit groups to 18 participants because that's when group discussions become genuinely useful. Everyone gets heard, mentors remember your specific situation, and collaboration actually happens.
Practical Over Theoretical
You'll spend more time working on real business scenarios than listening to lectures. The theory matters, but only when it connects to something you're actually dealing with.
